By partnering with educational organizations, we aim to enhance outcomes for learners cross India About the Role We're seeking 3 experienced Full-Stack Product Developers to join our team in building a scalable EdTech platforms and Management Software. You'll work on production-ready systems that serve educational institutions across India, contributing to features like LMS, job portals, and student management systems. What You'll Do Build and deploy large-scale full-stack web applications from scratch Develop responsive, optimized frontend interfaces using Next.js and React Design and implement robust backend APIs with Node.js and NestJS Work with PostgreSQL databases and Prisma ORM for data management Integrate authentication systems (JWT/OAuth2/Clerk/Auth0) Optimize application performance through caching, lazy loading, and query optimization Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) Participate in daily virtual meetings with the project manager Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive tests Document APIs and system architecture Required Skills & Experience Must Have: 2+ years of experience building large-scale full-stack web applications Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript Backend expertise with Node.js, NestJS/Express.js, and TypeScript Experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM Knowledge of Redis for caching, queues, and session management Understanding of SSR/SSG, REST/GraphQL APIs Familiarity with TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, or Material-UI Experience with state management (React Query/Zustand/Redux Toolkit) Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools Experience with testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress) Infrastructure & DevOps: Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure Docker/Kubernetes CI/CD with GitHub Actions CDN setup and Cloudflare Monitoring tools (Sentry/Grafana/LogRocket) Workflow & Collaboration: Project management tools (Trello/Jira) Code review practices API and architecture documentation Basic UI/UX understanding (Figma) Bonus Points Experience in EdTech, LMS, or job portal development GraphQL expertise Real-time features with WebSockets/Socket.IO Microservices architecture experience Performance optimization at scale What You'll Need Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection Availability for daily virtual coordination meetings Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Why Join Us Work on impactful EdTech solutions serving educational institutions Collaborate with a skilled team on challenging technical problems Gain experience building scalable, production-ready systems Flexible remote work environment To Apply: Submit your resume, portfolio/GitHub profile, and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience building full-stack applications.
