With 1500+ projects completed across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and more, we specialize in Scan to BIM, CAD to BIM, permit-set documentation, Revit families, interior design documentation, and millwork/shop drawings. As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our technical team to match our rapidly growing project pipeline. Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled BIM Modeler who’s strong in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD —someone who can work confidently on BIM modeling, permit-set documentation, Revit families, interior design packages, and millwork/shop drawings. You’ll collaborate directly with senior architects and BIM leads to deliver accurate, high-quality models and drawings for global clients. Key Responsibilities Build precise Revit/ArchiCAD BIM models from CAD drawings, point clouds, or sketches Prepare permit-set documentation , architectural drawings, and coordinated BIM outputs Develop Revit families (architectural/structural/MEP/millwork) Produce AutoCAD interior documentation and detailed millwork drawings Ensure models, sheets, and deliverables meet international quality standards Coordinate with internal teams and maintain consistent workflow efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) Skilled in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD for documentation 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling and drawing production Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with precision Strong communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills Bonus: Experience with Navisworks, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or rendering workflows Why Work With Us?
