Company Description The Woolknitters have been dedicated to handloom and handknitting in Himachal Pradesh. Based in Kullu for handloom and Janjehli for knitting, we primarily work with female artisans and weavers, creating beautiful fabrics and intricate hand-knitted pieces using traditional methods. We have built a strong community, connecting with 200-300 artisans since our inception. Our focus is on quality and tradition, helping to preserve the rich heritage of Himachal Pradesh while providing steady work for our artisans, proudly sharing the art of handloom and handknitting with the world. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead located in Kullu. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service, and overseeing sales activities. The Marketing Lead will work closely with our community of artisans to promote and sell our handloom and hand-knitted products, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development Proven Sales experience and skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms Ability to work on-site in Kullu Relevant experience in the textile or handicraft industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field This is an urgent hire and candidates who can relocate on immediate basis may apply.
