Role Overview: We are looking for a sales manager who can connect The Threador with schools, cultural organizations, and academies for costume and uniform orders. The right candidate will be a go-getter who enjoys building relationships, pitching ideas, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach schools, dance academies, and cultural centers for bulk orders. Build long-term partnerships with institutions and event organizers. Pitch customized costume and uniform solutions tailored to client needs. Meet sales targets and contribute to The Threador’s growth. Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth delivery. Requirements: Sales experience in education, textiles, or cultural sectors preferred but not mandatory . Freshers with a go-getter attitude and strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Ability to build trust with principals, directors, and cultural coordinators.
