Company Description The Superhero Classes offers 1-to-1 life skills learning for kids and teens, using a superhero-themed and gamified approach for ages 3-18. Our mission is to teach essential life skills that help children and teens excel in all aspects of life. We provide comprehensive programs designed to empower young minds and build their confidence. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President at The Superhero Classes, located in Chandigarh. The Vice President will oversee daily operations, develop and execute strategic plans, manage teams, and ensure that company objectives are met. The role includes both on-site work in Chandigarh and remote work options. The Vice President will also be responsible for fostering partnerships, driving growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery of our life skills programs. Role Overview The Vice President will be responsible for strategic leadership, business growth, and operational excellence across all verticals of Superhero Classes in India. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine entrepreneurial spirit with corporate discipline, build high-performing teams, scale operations, and represent the organization as a thought leader. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision – Drive long-term strategy, align India’s vision with global goals, and champion organizational culture. Business Growth & Expansion – Lead partnerships, alliances, and strategies to reach 1,00,000+ students within two years. Operational Excellence – Oversee P&L, budgeting, delivery systems, compliance, and scalability. Leadership & Talent Development – Attract and mentor top talent while building succession pipelines. Brand & Impact Representation – Position Superhero Classes as a thought leader in education, represent the company in national & international forums. Qualifications MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent). 15+ years of leadership experience with a proven record in scaling businesses/education platforms/startups. Strong exposure to EdTech, education, or large-scale operations preferred.
