About the Role We’re seeking a qualified General Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychological concerns—working with individuals, couples, families, or groups. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (interviews, standardized tests, observations) to evaluate mental health, cognitive, and emotional functioning Create and implement individualized treatment plans (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic approaches) cvformat.io. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes in clinical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, teachers) for holistic care. Educate clients, families, and communities about mental health, coping strategies, and wellbeing. Stay current with psychology research, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards. Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines—confidentiality, informed consent, boundaries, cultural sensitive. Maintain secure, organized, and confidential client documentation and EHR compliance.
