Customer Support Agent (Chat/Voice)-Job Description Position Title: Customer Support Executive Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational (24/7 support environment) - 9 hours Responsibilities: *Handle inbound chats, calls, and email queries from Airbnb customers. *Provide accurate information regarding bookings, listings, cancellations, payments, and policies. *Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism. *Maintain a high standard of grammar, tone, and response time in chat/email communication. *Follow defined SOPs, scripts, and escalation protocols. *Meet daily/weekly productivity targets (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.). Requirements: *Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Process *Excellent English communication (written and spoken). *Typing speed of at least 35–40 WPM with accuracy. *Familiarity with travel or hospitality domain is a plus. *Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
