Requirements: ● Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English. ● Confident and persuasive tele-calling skills. ● Basic understanding of the gig economy/delivery jobs (preferred). ● Reliable internet connection & smartphone/laptop for calls. ● Self-motivated to meet daily/weekly targets. Earnings Structure: 1. Per Candidate Payout: ₹500 (upon registration + 20 orders completed). 2. Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹14,000 for top performers (based on targets). 3. Payout Cycle (Every 10 Days): ○ 1st to 10th → Paid on 15th ○ 11th to 20th → Paid on 25th ○ 21st to 31st → Paid on 5th
