Job Title: Field Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time | Field-based Job Requirements: Experience & Education: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales or related roles (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory). Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions. Confidence in pitching products and handling objections. Negotiation and closing skills. Sales & Customer Handling: Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Field Work Capability: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Familiarity with local geography and customer segments is an advantage. Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred or required, depending on company policy). Follow-up & Collection: Ability to track and follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery. Responsible for payment collections and maintaining accurate records. Technology & Reporting: Basic proficiency in using smartphones & sales reporting software. Regularly update sales activities, leads, and follow-up status. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Honest, reliable, and professional behavior in dealing with customers. Good time management and organizational skills.
