About the Role: A multi-disciplinary operations professional responsible for daily and monthly MIS reporting, power procurement analysis and end to end export operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating production data with plant heads, managing power purchase through IEX with accurate SLDC reconciliation, handling international shipping and inventory tracking and ensuring smooth communication between domestic and international teams. Additional responsibilities include employee travel and salary management for expats, BRC documentation and acting as the central liaison across various departments and external agencies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field. Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Strong communication skills with ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Inventory Management, Logistics Operations, and Supply Chain Operations.
