Experience in data centers, technology hardware, or GPU’s is a plus but not required. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our portfolio of Dell and Supermicro products. This individual will initially focus on product research, data analysis, and catalog management, with a clear pathway to evolving into a Team Lead role. This is a key position that bridges technical product understanding with strategic catalog development and market intelligence. We are looking for someone based in Pune. Remote hires will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth product research, including specifications, compatibility, and market trends. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Collaborate with sales, procurement, and operations teams to improve product visibility and availability. Manage databases, including SQL, spreadsheets, and other database forms. Work with large datasets to analyze inventory, pricing, and sales performance. Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, and lead cleanup and optimization efforts. Build and maintain data templates and tools to streamline future catalog growth. Own the structure and organization of product categories for Dell and Supermicro. Ensure the catalog evolves with new technologies and product releases. Stay up to date on Dell and Supermicro product lines, changes, and end-of-life updates. Benchmark competitor catalogs and pricing models. Qualifications 2+ years in a product management, eCommerce, or catalog development role (preferably in IT hardware or related field). Familiarity with Dell and/or Supermicro server components strongly preferred. Experience managing complex databases Proficient in SQL and Excel and working with large, complex datasets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.). Strong attention to detail and comfort with technical product content. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
