Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the bike fleet Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and service schedules Handle customer queries and ensure top-notch service Supervise on-ground staff and streamline operations Requirements: Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience in operations or logistics (bike rental a plus) Basic knowledge of bikes and vehicle maintenance Good communication skills
