AI Creative Technologist (AI Image/Video UGC Specialist) Location: On Site (Hybrid if necessary) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Industry: AI Marketing, Digital Content Production About the Role We are building a next-generation AI Marketing Agency that produces high-quality UGC-style images and videos for brands using state-of-the-art generative AI tools. We’re looking for a technically strong and creatively driven AI Creative Technologist who can design, generate, and deliver brand-ready AI content at scale. This role combines AI mastery, creative direction, workflow engineering, and video editing. You will be the technical backbone behind the agency’s content production. Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality AI UGC images and videos using tools such as ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, and Luma AI . Build and optimize custom ComfyUI workflows for face consistency, product staging, lighting, and cinematic scenes. Develop shot lists, storyboards, and influencer-style visual concepts for brands across beauty, fashion, tech, hospitality, and consumer goods. Produce final deliverables including short-form UGC videos , AI-generated influencer content, product demos, and social-first creative assets. Maintain character consistency using LoRAs, IP-Adapter, InstantID, and reference-based generation techniques. Edit and refine footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects . Collaborate on automation and batch-generation pipelines (basic Python, API workflows, or cloud runtimes like RunPod/Vast.ai). Keep up with the latest advancements in AI video, image synthesis, and creative media tools. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience generating commercial-grade AI visuals (portfolio required). Strong command of ComfyUI workflows , custom graph building, model selection, and node optimization. Expertise in AI image/video generation tools: Stable Diffusion (SDXL, Flux), Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Luma AI , etc. Ability to produce influencer-style, human-realistic, and product-focused UGC content. Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics . Understanding of lighting, camera angles, composition, color grading, and storytelling. Ability to manage fast-paced production timelines and deliver consistent output. Preferred (Bonus) Skills Basic Python for workflow automation or API scripts. Experience with LoRA training or fine-tuning models. Familiarity with AI voice tools like ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or lip-sync systems. Previous work in digital marketing, ad creatives, or influencer content production.
