As a Business Technology Instructor at The Quest Center, your role involves teaching 12th/graduate-level students from partner non-profit institutions at multiple Pune locations. You will be delivering in-person classes using a structured curriculum in Digital Marketing to make a meaningful social impact. Key Responsibilities: - Teach 4-6 sessions per week across 23 Pune City locations - Deliver lessons using our video-based curriculum - Guide students through assignments and projects - Grade assignments and projects - Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation - Maintain class records - Respond to student queries via email/messages - Coordinate with placement team and administration - Support curriculum development Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Computer Applications or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus) - Prior teaching/TA/tutoring experience preferred - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Data Analytics The Quest Center is a Pune-based non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through technical training and job placements.
