We focus on delivering bespoke solutions that address complex regulatory and fiscal challenges. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Public Policy Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a highly professional individual who can navigate the intricate world of public policy, legal frameworks to provide expert advice and develop strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Analyze and interpret legal and tax regulations to advise on policy development and advocacy strategies. 2. Engage with government officials, industry representatives, and other stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes and represent the firm's interests. 3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the political and regulatory landscape related to our areas of expertise. 4. Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations to communicate complex legal and tax matters in a clear and concise manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure a coordinated approach to policy challenges. 6. Implement risk management strategies to protect the firm and its clients from policy-related uncertainties. 7. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Law, Qualified CA, Public Policy, Economics, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in public policy, legal affairs, or a related field, with a proven track record in a consultancy or advisory capacity. - Strong understanding of legal, tax, and regulatory issues. - Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills. - Ability to work discreetly on confidential and sensitive matters. - Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
