Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Himachal Pradesh, India. The individual in this role will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage and train housekeeping staff, and ensure high levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the property. Responsibilities include inspecting guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with the laundry department, addressing guest requests promptly, and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service. The role requires a proactive approach to managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide housekeeping staff Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations with attention to detail Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and resolve inquiries Ability to maintain organization and ensure cleanliness standards Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in implementing best practices in hospitality operations Proficiency in team management and fostering a positive work environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage
