Role: Farm Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time) · Location: Thoppur (Primary), with future expansion to areas near Omalur, Tamil Nadu · Type: Field-based · Time Commitment: Flexible (Part-time/Full-time options available) · Start Date: Immediate What You’ll Do · Manage daily ration planning and feeding of our animal herd based on requirements · Maintain farm stock records (fodder, medicines, materials) and track usage daily · Support in milking operations using machinery and ensure hygiene standards · Engage in community-building activities with nearby women farmers · Collaborate with and support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in various farm-related tasks · Coordinate with the core team for smooth day-to-day farm operations Who We're Looking For · Someone based in or near Thoppur/Omalur/Salem/Dharmapuri · Comfortable with working around livestock and open to learning basic farm operations · Willing to work flexibly and take ownership of day-to-day tasks · Familiarity with rural community work or interest in working with women farmers is a plus · Basic literacy and communication skills preferred If you're someone who wants to be part of a mission-driven team transforming rural livelihoods while working directly at the grassroots, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 📩 Interested?
