We are looking for a talented and innovative WordPress Developer to become a valuable member of our internal team at our office in Sehara Bazar. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience with Elementor, strong WordPress development capabilities, and a comprehensive grasp of both front-end and back-end technologies. Proficiency in Shopify website development is also essential. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting dynamic, responsive, and high-performance websites for a variety of client projects. Your duties will include developing and managing customized WordPress websites utilizing Elementor and Divi page builders, designing responsive and user-centric layouts, and writing clean, reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. You will also be tasked with customizing themes, integrating third-party plugins, optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, identifying and resolving WordPress-related bugs and technical issues, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining site security, conducting regular updates, managing backups, working with APIs, and implementing features using the WordPress REST API. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, a strong command of Elementor and Divi, expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and custom WordPress theme development, familiarity with WooCommerce customization, and proficiency in Shopify website development. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of SEO, UI/UX principles, responsive design, Git/version control systems, and the ability to create custom functions in PHP. Knowledge of CodeIgniter, MySQL databases, WordPress security practices, and ongoing maintenance is advantageous. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are also crucial for success in this role. Depending on your performance, there is potential for a long-term contract or a full-time position. This position is based in Sehara Bazar, Purba Bardhaman, and requires on-site work. The job type can be part-time, contractual, or full-time, with a minimum experience requirement of 2 to 5 years. The expected schedule is during the day shift, with a salary ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 per month. The anticipated work hours are between 48 to 50 per week.,
