Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon, The Sales Manager will be responsible to drive sales of home loans, LAP, personal and business loans across NCR Manage and mentor a team of telecallers and loan executives. Build strong relationships with banks/NBFCs and act as the point of contact for coordination. Meet monthly disbursement and lead conversion targets. Develop sourcing strategies including builder channels, agents, and referral networks.Handle customer escalations and resolve documentation or disbursal issues. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s in Finance, Business, or related fields. 3–6 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in DSA, NBFC, or banking setup.
