Roles and Responsibilities : Recruitment & Hiring : End-to-end hiring: from JD creation to onboarding Source teachers, interns, AI educators, and marketing staff Schedule and manage interviews with founders and team Build a hiring pipeline for future roles Maintain employee records and attendance Manage leaves, payroll coordination, and basic compliance Draft policies and SOPs for various internal functions

Key Responsibilities: Design creatives, banners, posters, and PDFs using Canva Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp , and other platform Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Expected hours: No less than 4 per week Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
