The Meethi Elaichi Company is a premium brand offering artisanal sweets, hampers, and gourmet gifting experiences crafted with elegance and flavor. As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Manager to represent our brand through client meetings, tasting sessions, and on-ground activations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Meetings & Sales Reach out to potential clients from the database provided by the marketing team. Fix and attend meetings to conduct product presentations and tasting sessions. Convert leads into bulk and corporate orders through strong relationship building. 2. Pop-Up Stalls & Mall Activations Coordinate and execute tasting sessions and pop-up stalls at premium malls and locations frequented by HNI customers. Engage with visitors to create brand awareness and drive on-the-spot sales or leads. Ensure proper product display, sampling setup, and stock management during activations. 3. Event & Freelancer Coordination Identify, recruit, and manage a pool of freelancers or brand promoters for events and pop-ups. Train and guide freelancers to maintain consistent brand communication. Supervise on-ground execution and ensure smooth event operations. Requirements: Experienced in sales, business development, or event coordination (FMCG, food, or luxury gifting sector preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Energetic personality with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable with fieldwork, travel within city, and flexible working hours during events.
