Teacher – The Little Titans Preschool Location: ECIL, Hyderabad Position: Full-Time Mother Teacher About Us The Little Titans Preschool follows a blended curriculum inspired by the Finnish , Montessori , Reggio Emilia , and NEP 2020 approaches. We focus on hands-on learning, exploration, and building confident, happy, independent children. Role Overview We are looking for a Mother Teacher who can take full responsibility for one classroom. The teacher should be warm, patient, and able to guide children in their learning, behaviour, and daily routines. Main Responsibilities Teach using play-based, hands-on, child-led methods. Plan activities that match our blended curriculum. Observe children closely and support their individual needs. Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment. Communicate clearly with parents about their child’s daily progress. Work well with co-teachers, aunties, and the school team. Take part in events, celebrations, and training sessions. EligibilityRequired ECCE certification OR Knowledge/experience in Montessori , Reggio Emilia , or other modern early learning methods. Preferred Experience working in international or progressive preschools that follow activity-based, child-led learning, without exams or textbooks. Not Preferred Teachers from traditional teaching backgrounds that rely mainly on rote learning, dictation, and worksheet-based teaching. Additional Skills Good English communication. Kind, patient, and child-friendly personality. Creative and willing to learn new methods. Comfortable using digital tools (we use Kindiedays app).
