Position: Retail Sales Executive (Female) Brand: The Lifestyle Club (TLC) Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time About The Lifestyle Club The Lifestyle Club is a premium lifestyle and fragrance brand that celebrates individuality, confidence, and joy. Our mission is to help people feel powerful, beautiful, and inspired every day — through products, experiences, and personal attention that go beyond the ordinary. We are now expanding our retail experience and looking for energetic, confident, and graceful Sales Girls to represent our brand in-store. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming and luxurious store atmosphere. Demonstrate and sell perfumes, attars, and other lifestyle products. Understand customer preferences and recommend products that match their personality or occasion. Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and visual aesthetics of the store. Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in store promotions or live events. Handle billing, packaging, and basic inventory updates. Participate in brand training sessions and product knowledge workshops. Support in creating short videos or live demos (if comfortable) for social media. Who You Are Female, age 18–30 preferred. Well-groomed, confident, and fluent in Hindi and basic English (Marathi is a plus). Good communication skills. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (freshers welcome with training).
