About the Role We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Research Interns to join our team. The role involves conducting lead research, building prospect databases, and leveraging modern tools and AI-driven methods to generate accurate insights that support our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct market and lead research across industries and geographies. Utilize Excel extensively for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. Build and maintain prospect databases with high accuracy and efficiency. Use professional tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting platforms for data gathering. Apply AI-driven tools to enhance research, automate repetitive tasks, and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with the business development and research teams to ensure data relevance and quality. Present findings in structured formats (Excel sheets, dashboards, and reports). Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Office (specially Excel, including but not limited to data management, formulas, pivot tables). Strong experience in lead research and prospect identification. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools . Acumen in using AI tools (ChatGPT, data enrichment, automation, scraping utilities, etc.). Good communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields. Previous internship or project experience in market research, business development, or data analytics is a plus. Curiosity to learn new tools and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a keen eye for quality.
