Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team, supporting organizational goals, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Support current and future business needs through talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning. Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on performance appraisals. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment and strong company culture. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Manage HR budgets and oversee payroll and benefits administration. Organize training and development initiatives to improve employee skill sets. Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed for senior management. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role (typically 5+ years). In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices. 2+ years of experience in Immigration Industry Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)/HRMS/ Keka/ Salarybox any other Human Resource Information system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or similar) is a plus. Working days: Monday to Friday (+Alternate Saturday in a month) Desirable Traits: High emotional intelligence and decision-making capabilities. Strategic thinking with a strong ethical foundation. Ability to lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
