We are seeking a skilled Hardware & Networking Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, network infrastructure, and related systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, provide technical support to users, and maintain high system availability and security. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware. Set up, manage, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks. Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and hardware upgrades. Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues. Manage network security, including antivirus, access controls, and patch updates. Maintain documentation of IT assets and network configurations. Provide end-user technical support (onsite and remote). Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs. Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Experience with networking devices (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, etc.). Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security practices. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, N+, or equivalent. Experience with server administration or cloud services is a plus.
