Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Growth: Achieve disbursement targets for used car and used CV loans across assigned branches. Drive branch-wise business planning and execution to meet monthly and quarterly goals. Identify high-potential markets and expand dealer and DSA network. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales teams including Sales Executives and Relationship Officers. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and field coaching. Ensure alignment of branch teams with business objectives and sales strategies. Channel Management: Develop strong relationships with used car and CV dealers, brokers, aggregators, and DSAs. Drive partner onboarding, engagement, and productivity improvement. Resolve escalations and ensure high service standards at all partner touchpoints. Process Compliance & Coordination: Ensure adherence to credit policy, documentation standards, and KYC norms across the cluster. Work closely with Credit, Operations, Collections, and Risk teams to ensure smooth disbursals and portfolio health. Monitor TAT for lead conversion, login, sanction, and disbursement. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key sales metrics – login to disbursement ratio, lead conversion, channel performance. Analyze branch performance trends and take corrective actions. Provide market feedback for product and policy refinement.
