Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Abacus Teacher, located in Kaithal. The Abacus Teacher will be responsible for instructing students in the use of the abacus to perform basic arithmetic operations. The daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive instructional sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. The teacher will also be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that each student receives individualized attention. Qualifications Proficiency in teaching abacus and mental arithmetic Experience in developing lesson plans and instructional materials Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and staff Patience, attention to detail, and a passion for teaching children Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications in abacus training are a plus Prior experience in primary or secondary education is beneficial Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualifications
