Role Description Pre Sales - Inbound Attend sales inquiries online or offline (Zoom, WhatsApp, Calls) Identify potential clients through research, networking and referrals Introduction: Self and company, Understand clients’ requirements Offer basic information Set up paid consultations with the Directors Outbound Call past leads and clients from the date provided to fix paid consultations. Close all deals for past and future sales. Sales Meeting Prepare for online and offline meetings by gathering client data from forms. Briefing about the client's background before meetings with the Director Understand the requirements of the clients Position TIC Global as the best solution for the client Generate requirements for clients to opt for paid consultations Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads Negotiation and deal closure Client onboarding/coordination Send and receive customer intake forms for clients Send invoices, follow up with clients, and close payments Transition the clients to the Operations team immediately upon receipt of payment Write/Update information on CRM to record all discussions with the clients. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 1+ years in Portuguese passport counselling, sales, or admissions advising. Technical Skills: CRM software, WhatsApp Business, MS Office, Google Sheets. Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory)

You’ll be responsible for editing content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, collaborating with our team to produce videos that educate, inspire, and convert. **This role is based in North Goa (Panjim). Role Description Video Editing & Post-Production • Edit videos in DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere / Descript • Add transitions, subtitles, background music, visual cues, and animations • Adjust video formats (4:5, 16:9, 1:1) for platform compatibility Platform Adaptation • Deliver export-ready content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business • Ensure proper compression, resolution, and size limits (e.g., ≤75MB for GMB) Asset Management • Organise raw footage, edit files, and final exports on Google Drive or Dropbox • Maintain version control and backups of all projects Brand Consistency • Apply TIC Global’s brand style (colours, fonts, intro/outro, watermarking) • Ensure all videos reflect the tone appropriate for the Portuguese Nationality verticals Creative Collaboration • Work with scriptwriters and the founder to visualise ideas • Participate in creative briefs and brainstorming sessions for campaigns Content Optimization • Deliver within 24–48 hours for reels/short-form; within 3–5 days for long-form • Implement visual storytelling techniques to increase engagement and retention Feedback & Revisions • Accept feedback professionally and revise as needed • Log revisions requested and time taken for performance tracking Key Requirements - Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Descript - Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing flow - Familiarity with video formats, subtitles, music syncing, and branding - Experience with multi-platform content: Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn - Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani or Portuguese is a plus What We Offer - Competitive salary and incentives - Creative freedom in a company focused on growth - Opportunity to make a difference through meaningful content - Collaborative in-house environment with a small but effective team - Weekly holidays on Saturday and Sunday
