Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels. Ensure timely replenishment of inventory. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for procurement. Order Dispatch & Coordination Manage daily orders on Swiggy, Zomato, and other platforms. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all customer orders. Track and resolve any delivery or order issues. Event Management Coordinate logistics and requirements for events. Dispatch and manage bulk/event-specific orders. Be present at events (if required) to supervise operations from start to finish. Act as the point of contact during events for smooth execution. Requirements Prior experience in operations, F&B, or event coordination preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic situations. Willingness to travel or be present at events when required.
