Implement essential pages such as: Homepage (introducing our mission and vision connecting animals, planet, and humane choices) About Us (our story and team) Our Work (explaining our key focus areas: animal welfare, sustainable practices, and their interconnectedness) Get Involved (ways to support us - donate, volunteer) Contact Us Blog (basic setup to share insights on animal welfare and environmental impact) Ensure the website is mobile-responsive and user-friendly for a global audience. Implement basic SEO best practices. Integrate donation capabilities (likely through a Zeffy integration or similar - guidance will be provided). Ensure basic website security. Provide initial training or documentation on website basics for our distributed team. Qualifications : Proven experience in developing simple websites using WordPress. Familiarity with WordPress themes and plugins. Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and website structure. Ability to create mobile-responsive designs. Basic understanding of SEO principles. Experience with integrating third-party services (e.g., donation platforms) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively with a flexible schedule.
