A Premium Luxury Resort In Karjat Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian/ Chinese Chefs at The Green Jungle Resort, located in Karjat. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, creating menus, and ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences. Qualifications Culinary skills, including meal planning, food preparation, and menu creation. Experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen inventory management. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high-quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Formal culinary training or equivalent experience in the culinary field.
