The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a guest-first attitude. He must be knowledgeable about the menu, resort facilities, and uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, and punctuality. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Guest Service: • Greet and welcome guests warmly. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly. • Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service. • Handle guest complaints or requests politely and professionally. • Grooming & Communication: • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times. • Communicate clearly and politely in both English and the local language. • Menu & Resort Knowledge: • Have thorough knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients and preparation methods. • Be able to recommend dishes and answer guest queries confidently. • Be aware of resort facilities and services to assist guests with any queries beyond dining. • Billing & Honesty: • Handle billing accurately and transparently. • Ensure every transaction is recorded and settled honestly and as per resort procedures. • Punctuality & Discipline: • Report to duty on time and in proper uniform. • Follow company policies strictly, including hygiene standards, safety procedures, and work ethics. • Teamwork: • Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service team members for smooth operations. • Support fellow staff during busy times and maintain a positive team environment. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B service (preferred) • Basic spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus • Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness • High level of integrity and honesty • Ability to stay calm under pressure
