Sales Executive (Resort Bookings & Weddings)Responsibilities: Promote and sell room packages, wedding venues, and event services to potential customers and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, and travel agents to ensure repeat business. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through corporate tie-ups, online platforms, and local market outreach. Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, and share insights with management. Achieve monthly sales and booking targets while contributing to the overall growth of the resort’s hospitality and events division. Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to create customized packages and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or event management preferred. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently, manage leads efficiently, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and customer service in the hospitality industry.
