Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of spa therapies including facials, massages, body treatments, and scrubs as per client requirements. Analyze clients’ needs and recommend appropriate skin and body treatments. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the treatment rooms and equipment. Ensure a relaxing, professional, and welcoming environment for clients. Stay updated with current trends, techniques, and skincare products. Upsell spa services, packages, and skincare products to clients. Maintain client records and service history accurately. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a spa, salon, or wellness clinic. Certification in Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, or relevant field. Good knowledge of skin types, skincare treatments, and wellness therapies. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and grooming. Ability to handle client queries and deliver an outstanding spa experience.
