Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Daman and Diu, India. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, developing menus, ensuring high standards of food quality, and managing kitchen staff. The role involves inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and training and mentoring culinary staff to enhance their skills. The Executive Chef will work closely with restaurant management to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. Qualifications Proven experience in culinary arts, menu development, and food preparation Expertise in managing kitchen operations, including inventory and staff management Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to train and develop kitchen staff Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with restaurant management Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in high-end establishments is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
