E-Commerce Manager (Bath & Beauty • Men’s Grooming • Gift Products)Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (Strict Requirement) We are launching a new consumer brand in Bath & Beauty, Men’s Grooming, and Gift Products, and are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can independently manage marketplace operations, brand website performance, and digital sales strategy. This is a high-ownership role ideally suited for someone who has built and scaled e-commerce operations before. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace ManagementManage and grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Handle product catalog, listing quality, SEO, reviews, and brand visibility. Create and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content). Website Operations (Shopify)Website setup, backend operations, listings, inventory syncing, offers, and analytics. Improve website SEO, CRO, user experience, and funnel performance. Sales & AdvertisingPlan marketplace and website promotions, pricing strategies, and discount calendars. Set up, track, and optimize Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads (directly or in coordination with agencies). Performance & ReportingMonitor sales performance on all platforms. Maintain weekly/monthly performance dashboards and business reviews. Inventory & OperationsManage inventory planning and stock levels. Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for order flow and demand planning. Brand Building & LaunchesMonitor and respond to customer reviews. Oversee brand reputation and marketplace compliance. Plan and execute launch strategies for new products. Mandatory Qualifications — Apply ONLY if you meet all4–5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience. Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub. Managed ₹50–80 lakh+ annual revenue (or higher). Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, keywords, and catalog optimization. Experience with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads. Ability to manage multi-category catalogs. Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills. Ability to build e-commerce processes from scratch and work independently. Preferred (Not Mandatory)Experience in personal care, grooming, beauty, wellness. Understanding of packaging, barcoding (GTIN/UPC), and inventory tools. Soft SkillsStrong communication and documentation skills. Problem-solving and ownership mindset. Ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously. Potential to build and lead a small e-commerce team in the future.
