Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager / MF / HNI / Business Development, located in Noida. The role involves managing and building strong relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Mutual Fund (MF) clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Relationship Manager is responsible for client relationship management, sales planning, business development activities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting clients, providing financial advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Customer Service Experience in Business Development, Sales Planning, and achieving Sales Targets Knowledge of investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, and Wealth Management Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Prior experience in managing HNI clients is advantageous
