Key Responsibilities: Lead Sourcing & Channel Development Build, develop, and manage a robust network of channel partners , brokers, and referral agents. Strategically source leads through online platforms, real estate portals, activations, exhibitions, and partner events . Conduct regular partner engagement sessions to ensure pipeline flow and loyalty. Sales & Customer Management Convert sourced leads into site visits and sales closures. Manage end-to-end sales activities: from initial inquiry to agreement signing and handover coordination. Understand customer preferences, recommend suitable units, and provide accurate information. Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and excellent post-sales service. Market Intelligence & Strategy Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to optimize sourcing and sales strategies. Identify new sourcing opportunities, untapped micro-markets, and feeder zones. Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing effectiveness and conversion ratios. Team Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and site teams to ensure lead nurturing and closure. Maintain detailed reports in CRM systems and provide weekly MIS to management. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or sourcing roles within the real estate industry. Proven track record of achieving targets through effective leadership and strategy execution. Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead generation techniques, negotiation skills, target achievement methodologies. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships at all levels.
