🔹 Job Role: We are hiring a skilled and safety-conscious Die Setter / Press Machine Operator to set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic press machines for metal stamping, forming, or punching operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Set up dies and tools on mechanical or hydraulic press machines Align and secure dies using appropriate tools and equipment Operate press machine as per production requirements and safety standards Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of press machines Maintain records of production output, tool changes, and downtime Follow safety protocols and report any malfunctions or hazards 🔹 Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Tool & Die, or relevant trade 2–5 years of experience in die setting and press machine operations (stamping/metal forming) Familiarity with different types of press machines (power press, hydraulic press, etc.) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges Physically fit and able to handle heavy tools/dies safely Willingness to work in shifts (if required) 🔹 Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of preventive maintenance Familiarity with ISO / 5S / Lean Manufacturing standards Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
