We're looking for a skilled Cafe Cashier cum Receptionist to join our team, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the cafe or hospitality industry. As the face of our cafe, you'll provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - Transaction Management: Accurately process cash, card, and UPI transactions, handling refunds and exchanges with ease. - Cash Handling: Manage cash register operations, counting cash drawers at the start and end of shifts to ensure accurate cash flow. - Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to make recommendations and answer customer questions. - Reception Duties: Coordinate table reservations, manage takeout orders, and respond to phone inquiries. - Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in cafe or hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role. - Skills: Excellent customer service, basic math, and computer skills, with the ability to accurately count change and balance cash drawers. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Certifications: No specific certifications required, but knowledge of POS systems and food safety practices is a plus.
