Job Openings: Captain & Waiter – Resort Location: Balod Industry: Hospitality / Resort Position Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1–3 years (preferred) Captain – Responsibilities: Supervise the dining area and ensure excellent guest service. Manage waiter team and coordinate food service operations. Take food and beverage orders and communicate with the kitchen. Ensure cleanliness, proper table settings, and hospitality standards. Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly. Waiter – Responsibilities: Greet guests and take orders efficiently and courteously. Serve food and beverages accurately and on time. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries. Requirements (Both Roles): Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred. Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus). Professional, well-groomed, and guest-friendly. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
