The Design Factor

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and creatively driven Interior Designer to join our design studio. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, design trends, and a refined aesthetic sense. Whether you are a fresher with solid fundamentals or a designer with up to 2 years of experience, we welcome talent that is eager to grow, collaborate, and contribute to meaningful design work. Key Responsibilities Assist in conceptualizing and developing design ideas for residential and commercial projects. Prepare detailed drawings, 2D layouts, moodboards, and 3D visualizations. Work closely with senior designers to translate concepts into functional and aesthetic spaces. Select materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor as per project requirements. Conduct site visits, measurements, and supervise ongoing site execution whenever needed. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy. Prepare presentations and client decks with high attention to detail. Stay updated with current trends, new materials, and evolving design innovations. Requirements For Freshers: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. Strong design fundamentals, creativity, and willingness to learn. Good knowledge of materials, color theory, lighting, and design styles. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools. For Designers with 1–2+ Years Experience: Hands-on experience in handling drawings, detailing, and client discussions. Ability to work on conceptual and execution drawings independently. Practical understanding of site work, materials, and project coordination.
