Job Summary: The IT Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services. The role involves vendor management, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of IT materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify IT procurement needs in coordination with the IT and finance departments. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for hardware, software, and peripherals. Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of IT equipment. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. Track warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and renewal schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. Support in IT budget planning and cost optimization initiatives. Handle vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
