Social Media Marketing Executive We are seeking an enthusiastic and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive . This role is perfect for a fresher who breathes social media, understands the latest trends, and is ready to execute strategies across major platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and engagement of client social media accounts. Key Responsibilities Content Scheduling & Publishing: Manage the daily posting schedule across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools, ensuring timely delivery of all content. Community Management: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all client channels in a timely and on-brand manner. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and viral trends, especially those relevant to the Kerala/Indian market, and suggest timely content adaptations. Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering data and creating reports on social media performance (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) to help inform future strategies. Campaign Execution: Support the SMM team in the execution of paid and organic campaigns, including basic ad setup and monitoring. Collaboration: Work closely with the content writers and your new designers to ensure the visual and written content aligns perfectly with the brand's voice and campaign objectives. What We're Looking For Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Passion for Digital: A genuine, demonstrable passion for social media (not just personal use—show us you get the business side of it!). Platform Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the functionalities and nuances of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Knowledge of local platforms is a bonus. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam are highly preferred, as you will be crafting local content and engaging with a regional audience. Analytical Aptitude: Basic understanding of social media metrics and comfort with data to track and report on post performance.
