Every year, over 15 million graduates come out of colleges in search of jobs. Promises can not give them jobs, but farsighted planning can. This is high time India needs a comprehensive time-bound result-oriented National Employment Policy. The Commonman Trust helped the Government of Odisha led by Shri Naveen Patnaik establish India's first High Power State Employment Mission in 2005. After that it worked in many states - Gujarat (2012), Bihar (2015), Karnataka (2017-18), Chhattisgarh (2018), Haryana (2019), Delhi (2018-20) and Uttar Pradesh (2021-) on this issue. After establishing a pilot under Mission Unemployment Free Varanasi, the Trust is now going to organise a NATIONAL PROGRAMME ON EMPLOYMENT POLICY OF INDIA . For this it needs 15 Youth Leadership Interns from January to April, 2026, at Varanasi in the following categories: Awareness Campaign: No. of Candidates-5 (Must have proven Leadership capability with good debating/oratory skill, problem solving ability and extensive field campaign) Social Media: No. of Candidates-2 (Requirements: In-depth content research, ability to write engaging posts and knowledge of social media management) Podcast: No. of Candidates-2 (Preferably from Journalism background or with true journalistic spirit, proven track record to shoot offbeat videos & editing in a story telling format) Counselling: No. of Candidates-2 (Pleasing & inspiring personality with patience, diplomacy and persuasive skill) Coordination: No. of Candidates-2 (Jack of all trades and trouble shooters with great man-management talent, preferably from Management background) Place of Posting: Varanasi Duration: January-April, 2026 (Four months) What you will get A monthly Stipend to compensate your minimum expenses.
