Review recorded footage as and when requested for investigations or audits. Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and maintenance records. Coordinate with the on-ground security team for immediate response. Ensure the security system is functioning and notify technical staff in case of malfunctions. Assist in preparing incident reports with time-stamped footage evidence. Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance-related data and recordings. Follow company protocols and legal requirements for surveillance and data storage. Participate in regular training and drills related to security operations. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in electronics/security. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance or security operations. Familiarity with CCTV hardware/software and basic troubleshooting. Good observation skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email). Strong communication and coordination skills.
