Responsibilities : Assist in setting up and operating AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, LED walls, and live streaming tools. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure AV requirements are met for each event. Support technical rehearsals and dry runs for webinars and conferences. Work on presentations, video formatting, and playback during sessions. Support the Audio Engineer in distributing inventory for multiple events. Running AV events, including pre-event testing of audio, video and presentation facilities Attending pre-production meetings required for any scheduled special events Must have strong knowledge of recording, mixing, and live sound setup.
