Our commitment to excellence and innovation sets us apart in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commie located in Lucknow. The Commie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of a wide variety of baked goods. Daily tasks include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and following hygiene and safety regulations. The Commie will also assist in inventory management and support the head chefs as needed. Qualifications Skills in baking, pastry preparation, and using kitchen equipment Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Excellent organizational and time management skills Capacity for teamwork and supporting other kitchen staff Prior experience in a professional kitchen or bakery is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary training is a plus
