Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Design Engineer with strong expertise in residential house planning, interior spatial design, and technical CAD drafting. The ideal candidate will create functional, aesthetically aligned designs while ensuring structural feasibility and adherence to building standards. Key Responsibilities Develop residential house plans, elevations, sections, and complete working drawings. Create interior design layouts, space planning, furniture placement, and detailed interior drawings. Produce 2D and 3D design drafts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (as applicable). Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide design options, and incorporate feedback. Ensure designs comply with building bye-laws, structural considerations, and safety standards. Prepare presentation drawings, design documentation, and project deliverables. Collaborate with the project team to ensure design accuracy and timely completion. Maintain high-quality detailing, layer management, and drawing standards. Requirements Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in residential house planning and interior design projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is preferred. Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings. Excellent understanding of Vastu (optional but preferred). Strong visualization, detailing, and design comprehension skills.
