The Shopify Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying Shopify-based eCommerce solutions while ensuring seamless functionality across all devices. Daily responsibilities include creating custom Shopify themes, implementing third-party integrations, optimizing site performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with the design and marketing teams to align branding and user experience with the website’s functionality is essential. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to innovative eCommerce projects and drive business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Shopify development, including custom theme creation, modifying existing themes, and working with Shopify Liquid template language Strong skills in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery Experience with third-party app integrations, Shopify APIs, and REST/GraphQL APIs Ability to optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement SEO best practices Understanding of eCommerce user experience, payment gateways, and product customizations Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field Prior experience with other eCommerce platforms or knowledge of AI applications in web development is a plus
